R&D Team

The coThe company has established an R&D system that brings together industry experts, research institutes, and universities. The team includes experienced technical professionals specializing in wet sulfuric acid process engineering, sulfur-containing gas treatment, equipment design, and industrial environmental protection.

The coThe core technical team includes two experts who receive the Special Government Allowance of the State Council of China. The company currently has 86 technical professionals with intermediate and senior qualifications, including 12 professors and leading engineers, as well as 35 senior engineers. Highly qualified professionals account for 55.8% of the company’s total technical staff. The team combines a strong theoretical foundation with extensive experience in industrial applications.

The R&The R&D team has completed three scientific and technological projects at provincial and ministerial levels. Focusing on wet sulfuric acid process optimization, equipment development, and sulfur-containing gas treatment, the company has obtained 16 national patents, including five invention patents. Key patented technologies cover the optimization of low-temperature conversion, high-efficiency gas-liquid separation structures, and intelligent control systems for sulfuric acid concentration. The company maintains long-term technical cooperation with Central South University, Hunan University, and the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences. Together with its research partners, the company has established a joint laboratory dedicated to wet sulfuric acid process equipment, sulfur-containing gas treatment, and industrial environmental protection technologies.

The coTo address industry challenges such as complex industrial off-gas compositions and demanding treatment requirements, the team conducts targeted scientific and technological research. Its work focuses on continuously improving wet sulfuric acid process equipment, engineering solutions, emission-control performance, and the resource recovery and utilization of sulfur-containing gases.
