Precision Machining Equipment: The company is equipped with three large CNC machining centers with positioning accuracy of up to 0.02 mm. These facilities support the high-precision manufacturing of critical equipment components and help ensure dimensional consistency for subsequent assembly.
Specialized Assembly Lines: Four dedicated production lines are used for the assembly of industrial gas treatment and wet sulfuric acid process equipment. These production lines support the modular assembly of gas pretreatment equipment, conversion-section equipment, acid recovery equipment, and related process components, improving manufacturing and project execution efficiency.

R&D and Testing Infrastructure: The company operates experimental and testing facilities for wet sulfuric acid applications, together with laboratory facilities for simulating acid-gas treatment conditions and dedicated test rigs for equipment performance verification. These facilities can simulate industrial off-gas treatment conditions across different industries, including high-sulfur gases from non-ferrous metallurgy and complex gas mixtures from the chemical industry. They are used to support equipment development, process-condition evaluation, parameter optimization, and performance verification.
At present, the company’s manufacturing facilities provide an annual production capacity of more than 50 sets of wet sulfuric acid process equipment and integrated equipment packages,
depending on equipment configuration and project scope.
