Hunan Chenwei integrates quality control throughout the entire lifecycle of wet sulfuric acid and sulfur-containing gas treatment projects. The company has established a comprehensive quality assurance system covering management system certification, professional qualifications, equipment manufacturing, inspection, testing, commissioning, and final project acceptance.
Management System Certifications: The company has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications, providing standardized management and quality assurance for both equipment manufacturing and engineering services.
Qualifications and Technical Capabilities: The company holds a Grade B engineering design qualification for the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, a Grade I qualification for environmental engineering projects, as well as an A2 pressure vessel manufacturing license and GC2 pressure piping design and installation qualifications.
Wet sulfuric acid process equipment and related gas-treatment equipment are designed, manufactured, inspected, and installed in accordance with applicable national safety regulations, project specifications, and relevant industry standards. Full-Process Quality Control: A comprehensive quality control system is implemented from raw-material procurement through final project acceptance. Incoming inspection is carried out on key materials, including titanium alloys, FRP, corrosion-resistant metals, fluoropolymers, and other specialized materials, to verify compliance with the required chemical, mechanical, dimensional, and corrosion-resistance specifications.
During manufacturing, process control and production monitoring are combined with manual inspections to ensure machining accuracy, welding quality, dimensional consistency, and fabrication quality at critical production stages. During assembly, dedicated inspections and tests, including leak testing, hydrostatic testing, dimensional inspection, and other applicable verification procedures, are performed to confirm equipment integrity. Prior to project handover, commissioning and performance verification are carried out according to the agreed project scope and technical requirements. Where applicable, verification may include no-load and load operation tests, gas-treatment performance, sulfuric acid concentration, equipment operating stability, and emission-related parameters. Final acceptance is completed in accordance with the technical specifications and acceptance criteria agreed with the customer. According to the company’s historical project and commissioning records, equipment and systems supplied by Chenway have demonstrated reliable operation and consistent project acceptance performance in wet sulfuric acid and sulfur-containing gas treatment applications. Certain completed projects have achieved continuous stable operating periods exceeding 8,000 hours following commissioning under the specified operating conditions. Through systematic quality control, manufacturing management, and engineering support, Chenway has supplied wet sulfuric acid process equipment, gas-treatment equipment, replacement components, and related engineering services to industrial customers in China and overseas markets.
