Description

The Quartz Glass Drain Tube is used in WSA condensers for the Wet Gas Sulfuric Acid process to safely discharge sulfuric acid generated during condensation.

The tube is designed for reliable operation under high-temperature and highly corrosive acidic conditions. Quartz glass provides excellent resistance to sulfuric acid and maintains stable performance during long-term service. Its very low coefficient of thermal expansion gives the tube excellent thermal-shock resistance, while its smooth inner surface helps ensure stable acid drainage and reduces the tendency for deposits to form. The tube dimensions, geometry, bends, connection points, and installation configuration can be customized according to WSA condenser drawings and specific project requirements.
