The WSA Scrubber Column is designed for process gas purification and efficient gas-liquid mass transfer in WSA systems.
The column shell is fabricated from corrosion-resistant FRP to provide reliable performance under the specified process conditions. The design operating temperature is 50°C, with an operating pressure of -3.9 kPa(g).
Process gas enters the column from the bottom and flows upward, while the scrubbing solution is distributed from the top and flows downward. Counter-current contact between the gas and liquid provides intensive mass transfer and improves gas-cleaning efficiency.
The column is packed with polypropylene (PP) Pall rings to provide a large gas-liquid contact area and promote efficient mass transfer.
The sleeve is produced by extrusion and subjected to dimensional inspection to ensure consistent geometry and reliable fit with the corresponding condenser tube.
