PTFE Protective Plate for WSA Condenser Lower Tube Sheet

The PTFE protective plate for the lower tube sheet of the WSA condenser is manufactured by compression molding and is designed to protect the lower tube sheet and drainage components from corrosive off-gas containing SO₃ and sulfuric acid at concentrations of up to 98%. The material provides excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature stability.

Description

The PTFE Protective Plate for WSA Condenser Lower Tube Sheet is manufactured by compression molding and is designed to protect critical condenser components from highly corrosive WSA process media.

High-quality PTFE raw materials from DuPont or Daikin can be used according to project requirements. PTFE provides excellent resistance to sulfuric acid, SO₃-containing process gas, and other aggressive chemical media, while maintaining stable performance under demanding operating conditions.

The sleeve is produced by extrusion and subjected to dimensional inspection to ensure consistent geometry and reliable fit with the corresponding condenser tube.
