PCTFE rods are designed for the manufacture of precision components by machining.
The material offers excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability, and very low gas permeability. These properties make PCTFE rods suitable for machining bushings, seals, protective components, insulating parts, and other high-precision components.
PCTFE rods can be used in chemical processing equipment, vacuum systems, cryogenic equipment, and other technical applications, provided that the material grade and operating parameters are selected according to the specific service conditions.
Finished machined parts can also be supplied according to customer drawings and specified tolerances.
