UHMW-PE

UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is a high-performance thermoplastic engineering material with an extremely high molecular weight, typically in the range of approximately 3 to 9 million g/mol. Often referred to as an “amazing plastic,” UHMW-PE offers a unique combination of outstanding wear resistance, impact resistance, self-lubricating properties, chemical resistance, and excellent low-temperature performance. It is widely used in mining, oil and chemical processing, power generation, medical equipment, defense applications, and other industries.
