FEP rods are designed for machining custom components. The material provides excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and many other aggressive chemical media. It also offers excellent non-stick properties, low moisture absorption, and good dielectric performance.
FEP rods are commonly used to manufacture bushings, sealing elements, insulating components, guides, and other industrial parts.
Rod diameter, length, and other specifications are available according to the standard size table or can be customized to customer requirements.
Finished machined parts can also be supplied according to customer drawings and specified tolerances.
