PCTFE Bushing

PCTFE bushings are manufactured from high-quality polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE), a high-performance fluoropolymer that retains excellent mechanical properties at low temperatures and is suitable for applications involving liquefied gases such as liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen.

PCTFE provides excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, oxidizing agents, and other aggressive chemical media. Its extremely low permeability to gases and water vapor provides reliable barrier performance and helps maintain sealing integrity in demanding applications.

PCTFE bushings can be used as semi-finished stock for machining valve seats, gaskets, sealing rings, sleeves, and other precision components operating at low temperatures, under vacuum, or in chemically aggressive environments. Outer diameter, height, wall thickness, and other dimensions can be customized according to customer drawings and technical requirements.
