WSA Condenser Tube Module Installation

The tube module is a key internal component of the WSA condenser and provides the required heat-transfer surface for cooling process gas and condensing sulfuric acid.

Installation includes lifting the tube module into position, alignment with the condenser structure, secure fixing, and verification of its interface with the upper and lower tube sheets.

During installation, the tube module position, tube alignment, tube-sheet interfaces, sealing components, supports, and connection points are carefully inspected to ensure dimensional accuracy and proper assembly.

All installation work is carried out in accordance with approved project drawings and technical specifications. After installation, the complete assembly is inspected before subsequent condenser installation and commissioning.
