WSA Condenser Acid Collector with Acid-Resistant Brick Lining

The WSA condenser acid collector is installed at the lower section of the equipment and is used to receive liquid sulfuric acid and acidic condensate generated during the cooling and condensation of process gas.

The internal working area is protected with acid-resistant brick lining. The lining protects the structural components from prolonged exposure to sulfuric acid and improves the service life and operational reliability of the equipment.

Collected acid is discharged through designated drain nozzles to a collection tank, circulation system, or other downstream process equipment according to the project design.

Depending on the configuration of the WSA system, the acid collector may include drain nozzles, flanged connections, support structures, inspection openings, and other required components.

The overall dimensions, lining thickness, nozzle arrangement, and construction materials are determined according to the process medium, operating temperature, and specific design requirements of each WSA system.
