The material is resistant to many acids, alkalis, solvents, and other aggressive chemicals, making it suitable for the manufacture of components used in demanding industrial environments.

PCTFE sheets can be machined into protective liners, gaskets, insulating parts, guide components, sealing parts, and other structural components. Specific applications depend on the process medium, operating temperature, mechanical load, and product requirements.
