Flue Gas Expansion Joint for WSA Plant

The flue gas expansion joint for WSA plants is manufactured from high-performance fluoroelastomer supplied by Daikin, Japan. It is designed for corrosive off-gas streams containing SO₃ and sulfuric acid, providing reliable compensation for thermal expansion and vibration in WSA gas duct systems. The recommended continuous operating temperature is up to 120°C, with a maximum temperature of up to 200°C.

Description

The Flue Gas Expansion Joint for WSA Plant is designed to compensate for thermal expansion, vibration, and installation displacement in WSA flue gas duct systems.

The flexible element is manufactured from high-quality Daikin fluoroelastomer, providing excellent resistance to corrosive process gases, SO₃, and sulfuric acid.

The sleeve is produced by extrusion and subjected to dimensional inspection to ensure consistent geometry and reliable fit with the corresponding condenser tube.

Dimensions, profile, tolerances, and material grade can be customized according to condenser drawings and specific project requirements.
